Ok red, lets say they didnt. According to the 9/11 commission...

?Beginning in 1997, the 19 hijackers submitted 24 applications and
received 23 visas. The pilots acquired most of theirs in the year
2000. The other hijackers, with two exceptions, obtained their s
between the fall of 2000 and June 2001. Two of the visas were issued
in Berlin, and two were issued in the United Arab Emirates. The rest
were issued in Saudi Arabia. One of the pilots, Hani Hanjour, had an
    application denied in September 2000
for lack of adequate documentation. He then produced more evidence in
support of his student visa application, and it was approved. Except
for Hanjour, all the hijackers sought tourist visas.?
Now, 19 middle easterns can get 23 visa's...but the fucking mexicans south of us cant? No more fucking excuses, GTFO!

In all honesty, there's no way to know how many are and how many aren't unless there is some sort of Illegal census that addresses that. Doubtful though...

I can guarantee one thing though, in the mind of a typical illegal, the only law he will ever want to break for the entirety of his life is crossing the border illegally. Most of them leave in search of a better life for their families, a safer life for their families, a life without the involvement of drugs, a better education for their kids, the chance for their kids to attend an American university, etc. Once across, they desire to live a lawful life. Keep in mind, I'm speaking of your typical average everyday illegal. They want to be citizens and it is to their benefit to have a history of paying taxes which will reflect heavily during the application process. It would make no sense to assume that the majority of illegals do not pay taxes because in their minds paying taxes equate to the chance of staying on US soil.

I believe your correct in your thoughts but they cant legally pay taxes if they are here illegally. Its a catch 22 but it does have an easy resolution. Put in the damn app to become legal. Once you apply you are issued a temp. Then your covered. Sure the process can be long and getting everything together can be a pain in the ass but you might as well get use to it. Sooner or later your going to have to deal with the social security office and dmv. Both will drive you up a fucking wall. After your legal even in a temp status you can get this work for a normal fucking wage.

I don't understand your first sentence, are you saying the money transfer can't happen because it does, they do so using a tax id number. Either that or you are arguing the legality of the transfer but legal or not, it's documented, the government receives it, and it can't be disputed.

My girl had to apply, took many years after she started the application process. Trust me, it's not as easy doing it as it is to say it. The lines are long so the possibility of even getting seen is limited. After you've waited an entire day, you still aren't guaranteed to be seen and you missed the chance to be the breadwinner. You aren't required to just be seen once either. The problem is, (besides the fact that there are too many illegals trying to become legal) the workers in the immigration office are your typical government employees that don't take their job seriously and move about as fast as a caterpillar.

The only thing you need to look out for at the places we go is Alligator Gar and monster Catfish that will swallow you whole - other than that... you're cool. Seriously, we do that kind of shit on the lakes here in Texas all the damn time.

Matter of fact, we are doing one over the 4th of July. Mmmmmm, beer and babes.

I meant legally. I have several friends that had to go through the process as well. Sure it sucks but it has to be done.
