True, but there are roughly 100k sites that are already filling out the paperwork for a .xxx tag. That's a huge part of the market I would think.

I personally think it is a great idea. Allows for much easier filtering of unwanted content for individual users. Don't want your teenage son looking at porn on the net (how cruel), block TLD xxx and done. I am even for enforcing X rated content to this TLD. This really does not hinder the industry in any way (as if it's even having a problem), and the same concept could be applied towards other forms of content as well.

Agreed Civil, I mean are all of the 200 million search results you can currently find using .com, .org, etc going to be REQUIRED to use the new xxx to make them easier to tell apart is what I want to know... sure some of them are going to jump on it, but you can almost smell the addendum to this at some point or even some sort of legislation to later force all porn sites to go xxx
