"More recently, a CBS news crew was turned back from shooting the oil-fouled gulf coastline by two U.S. Coast Guard officers who said they were enforcing "BP's rules." "
that is fucking disturbing.head to head, chest to chest, which country is the very best? and in the land of rape and honey, you pray.

dont talk to the police... right? Force them to arrest you, if they delete the photos, tampering with evidence! If you are on public property, they have no legal grounds. In Texas you can record a person and do not have to tell them if it is video only. If audio recording there has to be posted notice. On private property you can be asked to leave, not forced to delete photos.

Re: Why Photography Bullying is Illegal, and You Don't Have to Take It
That dosen't even make sense.......
This isn't just a problem with cops in the line of duty telling people they can't be photographed (they can). It's about Mall Cops telling people that they can't take pictures of stores and confiscating cameras, deleting the photos and threatening to call the cops if you don't do what they say, that's called theft and coercion.
Your post makes no sense Kraker, it dosen't even say anything about the issue.

Lol, i think it was a more of an attack of all the cop bashing going on, whether it be this or that....etc....
I completely agree, take all the pictures you want...it is not illegal to take pictures. it is what you do with those pics/vide/audio that can be illegal.
