OOps, you're right, I thought that I was responding to one of the other JPost articles that you had linked.

The people willing to give them up are the people you want to have them. It's the countries that you look at and think "Yeah, they wouldn't give em up. And when the US did, they'd nuke the shit out of us"....those are the ones that shouldn't have em.
