I know, I had actually included that in my post, but chose to take it out at the last minute because I didn't want to quibble over the small points. He was at Columbia University, too, which is on US soil.

I just love the concept of extraterritoriallity so I had to mention it.

He could very well have been stopped from traveling in US Air Space, which was discussed, but nothing came of it. He was allowed to pass.

He could have also been apprehended for taking our US Embassy hostage in 1974, which he was the leader of, but no fruit came from that either. It was shut down, like my post previous mentions, who was in control.

Not slamming on him too hard, or his com-padres, I just think we should have grabbed him and gave him his punishment and served justice.

Then why are you blaming the Democrats when it was the Bush administration that was in charge at that time? Blame those who are in charge, not who you feel like.
