jail time for juicing? Theft because you are juicing? Are you kidding me? How is it theft? People still go watch these performance enhanced athletes perform. How is that theft, you pay to see a game, and you see a game. Use of steroids, albeit not too good for you, is a victimless crime and jail time shouldn't even be considered.

What happens when someone "juices" in sports? They get better, stronger, faster. Because they get "better, stronger, faster", what do they get in return? More money in their contract. Money they didn't deserve.

But it wasn't your money, so why do you care?

Because I hate to see people "earn" money that they don't deserve.

The stupidest thing ever, was CONGRGESS holding a chat session about it. Congress getting involved in sports.

However, since they did and Roger volunteered to get involved, if he lied, he lied..... I don't see how it would be perjury though, it wasn't a court of law or at least I wouldn't consider it to be. Politician party session maybe.

When testifying before congress, an oath is administered that is every bit legal as the one in court.

Yeap, or when you sign your tax forms you are warned that if you are lying on any of the information you will be charged with perjury.

Yep, unfortunately you have to take an oath to sit in their dog and pony show hearings. The idea that Congress was holding hearings on this is pathetic.

Hearings are their way of asserting their authority, and chasing headlines are their way of staying in the spotlight.

Hawg is right that it is a victimless crime. Well, actually... the only victim I can think of is their kidneys, liver, and testes......

With all the other problems, why bother with this?
