    ohhh that one. that was a cool episode. BUt the problem there was the human brain connected to it still had its ghost in the decision making loop, confusing the AI. Once Saito took his brain out with the sniper rifle. In this case, I would say it's probably more like the NCIS episode with normal hackers.
