Oh, and just an after thought.
UVB-76 isn't really easy to monitor now because of pirate radio operators mimicking UVB-76 with fake transmissions. So the "activity" of the station as of late should be taken with a grain of salt. The transmission on August 23rd was probably significant, but anything after that is probably fake, considering the long track record UVB holds between transmissions.
Don't get me wrong though, Numbers Stations are very interesting, look them up, like the "Backward Music" station, all very interesting.

Re: Nuclear war soon?
Well, China's support of North Korea is tenuous, at best. The main reason they support the current regime is they fear what would happen if it collapsed. They are afraid of the mass refugee's that would flee into China and that the US could then have a presence right on their border. Do I think the Chinese would blindly support North Korea if everyone believed they detonated a nuclear weapon in Seoul? I highly doubt it. China has already condemned North Korean nuclear tests. So if China is not going to jump to the defense of North Korea, I can't see Russia doing it, either.
