With Congress's approval rating at an all time low, the economy in (or...recently out of) a recession, unemployment at nearly 10 percent and a couple wars going on, I'm thankful that the geniuses in charge decided this...this would be a good way to spend some valuable law-making time. imo there's no reason not for him to do this, he is an intelligent person and made valid points. so what if he did it through comedy?

it seems many in the media are upset at this, but his character is very representative of most of them anyway... not only did he make a statement on what he believed but he also pointed out the state of our news media (which is pathetic imo)
