09-30-10, 01:06 AM #1Fox News and CNN down, MSNBC up
A series of articles (thanks to the website grr) but apparently Fox News viewership has dropped 21% over Q3, CNN went down 29% (Wow) and MSNBC went up 1%. Not much of a gain for MSNBC but the only ones to get a gain at all. I really don't like any of the channels but I thought it was interesting.

Re: Fox News and CNN down, MSNBC up
personally i hate the becks/olbermans/etc of the news but i also think they should be able to spout their opinions (to the same degree any other person/group is aloud to)
the thing i don't like is that this seems to have become the prominent style of news and political reporting; and that only hurts us.. i'm no politcal science expert or anything but i think the problem stems from party politics, or more specifically two party politics. sure you can call yourself independent, libertarian, socialist, etc but when it comes down to it "you're either with us or against us"... if there were more options viable options then i don't think people like beck or olberman would hold the sway they do
