Well seeing as it took us almost 100 years to start doing it right and that was with a much lower population but without the advances of today. So i say just a guess 20 years they should have it going pretty good on their own.

The people in the service are being paid regardless if they are in iraq or north carolina. They already have a foothold so all we have to do is what we are doing right now continue to support their needs while the country builds its military and police force up. Once they have that in place the government is secure and self sustaining. I would say that they should help fund the troops that are needed in the area. Which i dont know if they are right now or not. The lifes will come from both sides just like it has been lately them and ours. I dont really see the point of you asking because you dont live here and im fairly certain Frances invovlement has been pretty limited if it ever got past the whole we wont help stage.
