    Missing N.C. Girl Seen Alive Last Month

    A North Carolina girl named Zhara has gone missing.

    The girl's stepmother, 42-year-old Elisa Baker, is charged with obstruction of justice in the case. Police say she admitted writing a ransom note found in the family's back yard the day the girl was reported missing.

    Hmm... Sounds like the mom was involved in this pretty heavily. She abused her child, and confessed on writing a ransom note when Zhara went missing.
    Cops don't believe she is still alive. That would be horrible getting chopped up in a mulcher! Well if that's what happened.
    Neighbors say that they never even knew that the parents even had a kid.
