well you know sometimes a small fire that no one thinks is a big deal can get out of hand pretty quickly.
Hand says people need to be educated about what starts fires in the first place. The Bakersfield Californian has said the West fire was started from sparks from men cutting metal to sell. Third California wildfire erupts, first two now half contained - CSMonitor.com

Have you ever worked in the low income industry I have and industry is what it is and as with all industry it's about profit margin. While the concept of helping the less fortunate is a honorable idea in reality honor is not the foremost thought in the minds of the corp's that operate in said industry therefore I do no dishonor by pointing to their inequities or mismanagement in accounting.
