First off, Michelle Malkin preaches to idiots.
Secondly, there is no proof of voter fraud here. Paying someone to register new voters is not the same as voter fraud. You're trying to connect the two and they are not intrinsically linked. That's the reason 'real' news organizations aren't running this, it's too weak to be of interest. Btw, the charges are only misdemeanors.

Why the are you posting articles from 2007 and 2009? Voter registration fraud is not the same thing as vote fraud, where they actually manipulate the vote totals. And this is not limited to a few bad seeds in ACORN (see I can make lame puns, too). Here is a Republican group which was busted for voter registration fraud, too: ThinkProgress » GOP operative arrested for voter fraud in California. Where is your righteous outrage over that?
You really have to lay of the Malkin and Beck type wacky conspiracy theories. That shit will rot your mind.

Edwards’ first opportunity to testify against ACORN and Busefink will come Sept. 29 at a preliminary hearing to determine whether ACORN and Busefink should stand trial.
In return for his testimony, the attorney general’s office is dismissing 13 felony charges against Edwards and recommending probation for concurrent sentences of one year behind bars on the two gross misdemeanor charges, a $500 fine and 16 hours of community service.
Edwards appeared before Kevin Williams, the district court’s arraignment master, on Monday wearing a shirt and tie and dress slacks. When Williams asked Edwards what his plea was, he responded, “Guilty” in a soft voice. In deal, ex-ACORN official promises to testify against others - Tuesday, Aug. 18, 2009 | 2 a.m. - Las Vegas Sun

No, there's absolutely no suggestion that one would lead to the other. This was a bunch of workers trying to scam their boss and make a bit of extra comission, nothing more. The fact that the radical right is still trying to make something of it just shows how little they have.
