DDR is actually how a friend of mine kept fit in highschool. Then again, she was going on the hardest difficulty setting and had the coordination to do it.

don't need coordination to do it, they have a work out mode that you can absolutely fail on the songs and not get boo'd off. Have to finish all the songs (and can set the supposed calories burned or a time it runs til).
