Perhaps - however as I stated to Toker, without knowledge of the timing of the creation of that account there really isn't any way to accurately determine whether he was doing so in order to hide from the "Rape" charge(s) or if he was simply trying to obscure his location in general.

It was a recently opened (since the creation of wikileaks) account and he used his lawyers address as the physical mailing address.
Many other people do this and it is typically overlooked.
Not so overlooked if governments want to give you a hard time.

Or perhaps "not so overlooked" if bank's client becomes a celebrity (of one sort or another) as that seems to be at least one of the reasons listed by PostFinance (that I've seen) If, as his law firm states, he was creating the account in Switzerland in preparation of moving the "business" there (as well as to shield himself from global scrutiny/apprehension at this point) it would have probably been better to have the law firm setup the account for the business itself and not run the risk of providing false info. But oh well.

more likely in general, as he's been in hiding for awhile. Especially considering the "Rape" charges never had enough evidence to be prosecuted, and highly doubt they do now. The current DA seems to basically be trying to throw everything at him, hoping something will stick.
