Apparently at least a few Englishmen. But if you're looking to market something to stupid people, then I gotta think that the good ol' US of A is a long-since proven winner. We stupidly spend money in much larger chunks. $22.50? Lots of men spend 10 times that amount on an evening out watching breasts that not only can't they touch, but also aren't giving milk!
