Personally i dont have an issue with this. If the city requires a permit then you get a permit. They aren't exspensive to begin with.

You know what would be sweet is a nutter butter with one end dipped in chocolate. This way you have plain and chocolate covered on the same cookie. Love me some nutter butters but the last time i had some was about 10 years ago.

The big issue I saw with this (well heard on the radio) is supposedly they were in the fridge. Freezing those bastards is so much better

Dammit... you have to say that when I'm already hungry... that would be so good right now. Seriously though, try some chilled thin mints. Not completely frozen, just in the fridge. So good...
