Because these are movies not documentaries, meant for entertainment not actual information. Movies based on true events are wildly inaccurate at best.
If anybody watched The Social Network for anything other than simple evening entertainment then I'm really disappointed in the humanity. (and somebody probably did, way to go humanity!)"Murder and marriage aren't too much unlike each other, one ends your life, and the other is a crime"

I could literally punch you in the face...
Actually, you probably shouldn't watch it if you think that the only thing the movie is about is "this guy who made facebook who's getting sued". Yeah. You should probably stay away from it.
I thought it was cool. I <3 Space Jam. Why do you seem to have a problem with it?Dispatch the DooM

I meant to ask why you had a problem with the guy making box scores.
Calling the subject insignificant is just adding to the fact that I think you don't understand the movie in the first place. I don't see how you could even have a "judgement" without fully grasping the concept of a film, especially this one, and without even seeing it. Maybe you do have other reasons for your judgement. I'd love to hear them.
The irony behind this whole thing is killing me. I'm the one being close minded when you are deciding not to see one of David Fincher's best films, and, in my opinion, the best movie of the year, because you think it's simply about a millioniare being sued. I'm the one who needs to think "a step or two beyond what's infront of me".
Are you being serious right now? I'm not sure if I should laugh?
It's so insulting of you to degrade this great piece of modern day cinema and, even more than that, story telling. That's why I was so flustered.
I change my mind, you should go watch the movie and then come back here and tell me its about a guy being sued.

styley
Why do you keep asuming the most sarcastic part of my post is my arguement?
Yea, I have other motives and means of deciding which film I will see.
Clearly, the statement I made is an over simplification of a plot peice and an attempt at humor towards those how may find a similar trend if you look at it from a biased perspective

Only warning to both of you. Just the notion of physical violence on TPG's property will not be tolerated and will be met with a swift Ban. Styley, I am going to take your post as a joke. Soviet, I am going to take yours as a joke as well.
Dont let me see these types of comments again and before you post next know that I do not need a response on this subject from either of you.
