Since when is smoking a right? I don't see anything about it in the Constitution or the UDHR, but I digress. There is no right that permits smokers to smoke anywhere they want. Yes, they may be in a private establishment, but as long as it is open to the public, is should be treated as a public space. If you are inside a public space, where anyone can go in, then no, you don't gain the privilege to smoke. Outside on their property, on the street, etc., sure, go ahead and smoke.

This is something we are never going to see eye to eye on because we both have completely different ideas on what is private space and what is public space.
