The US Supreme Court has struck down a Californian law banning the sale or rental of violent video games to those aged under 18.

Yeah that held up in supreme court just about as well as that Communications Decency Act.

That really does not surprise me at all. Plain and simple thing, learn how to control what your children are exposed to and if you dont like it, dont buy it for them, its that fucking simple.

Well, it is a whole other thread, but I believe that zero censorship only works in a perfect world. We do not live in a perfect world, nor would I want to live in a world that was perfect.

Well, there are a lot of loopholes for the FCC as is, not that's an argument for it. For instance, I can say almost anything on the radio between the hours of 10PM-6AM. I just have to have the disclaimer, "For mature audiences only"...hehe
