You know i had to post this one with all the negative remarks made against those that feel it should remain illegal.

i dont think the kids are gonna eat it smoke it even if they did as fucked up as it is its not gonna harm them and hes not gonna go into a homicidal rage while high on weed its not gonna make him beat his kids so i dont see the danger hes not a dealer that we know of so gang bangers arent gonna go shoot up his house

i guess child endangerment would be if the parents smoked and then drove the kids around. which would be the same for alcohol in the house.

You've got to be joking....doing ANY illegal activity around a child is classified as child endangerment. It doesn't matter if the child is likely to eat the drug, or the drug makes the parents more likely to beat them, etc. You really have absolutely no concept of the law, do you.
