Quite stupid to hang nuts from your truck, I mean they're tiny, hang some bowling balls. As much as I think they are stupid, I see no reason someone cant have them on their vehicle. If someone can wear a tshirt with such on it, a bumper expression should be no different.
I always see them on little trucks or ones trying to show off how badass they are. My truck is old and beat up and beautiful as hell, besides its a girl why does it need nuts. She has been to hell and back and still hangin tough, nothing else needs be added to her.

Here's my stance on it... just because you have free speech, doesn't mean that you need to wave your dick around in public. (or plastic balls, in this case)
And to clarify what this means: I am just as much for free speech as anyone else, but there are just some things you should keep to yourself, legal or not.
