Death you certainly talked about a rule... it was the 6th word of your first post. The rep side of the NMB ruling is in the minority opinion of the NMB ruling and goes more in depth than your yahoo news article. I am fine with debating this issue but don't want to just have random talking points thrown at me with no effort to undeerstand their background attached.
White, it was definitely moore impoortant for congress to debate the debt ceiling than to fix the faa, it was just a smack in the face when they started leaving town without settling it. Fortunately, senate is passing the short term bill, with obama/transportation scrretary teaming up to nullify some of the political attachments. The fight for the long term reauthorization, which is where the union/NMB fight comes in, is still up in the air. So we are ok for another couple months, then more chaos!Join the TPG Folding @ home team: http://www.teamplayergaming.com/pc-h...ding-team.html

Off-topic, but Frontier had pretty good legroom last (and first) time I flew with them last summer. I liked the, i think, classic package you can get with the free in-flight TV and 2 checked bags. The planes are nice as well, and the staff was pretty decent. Only downside was their flights to the South and East are lacking (I flew to Nashville, and noticed they only have like 2-3 flights to and from Nashville every day). Seems like they are great if you plan to fly the west/midwest.
I don't get what the major complain is with the NMB, things change and why should abstain count? Isn't abstaining basically saying "I don't give a shit?" Seems pretty off to count abstaining as a no.
It isn't shocking that change is what is leading to the FAA re-authorization problem. The FAA is being used as basically a hostage to twist arms to try to get the NMB thing changed, and that is about it. It's a manufactured crisis.
A bit on/off topic, but with the construction, do you know if the construction on the new skytrain at Sky Harbor is one of the ones that the work would stop? They did seem to stop for a few days but recently have begun working on it again (before this deal was done by the way), thus why I'm curious.

So you just post some random article with no comprehension of what it is besides "it was something a Republican said" and expect people to take you seriously? I'll keep that in mind when thinking about whether it might possibly ever be worth replying to you in one of these threads. It's hard, because you seem to post more than anyone and in every single thread. If you actually researched the sides you "argued" you might not have as many posts, but I'd bet they'd have a higher chance of actually being worth reading.
Your article did not do a very good of stating the "Republican side" to all of this, fyi.Join the TPG Folding @ home team: http://www.teamplayergaming.com/pc-h...ding-team.html

No once again and if i could say it slowly for you i would. Seeing as you posted a dem slanted post without the reps arguement anywhere in it i posted the reps arguement. This was not for you but for anyone that gives a shit about this. Of which im not in that grouping. So there was nothing for anyone to take ME seriously in the post because I have not said anything.
My post count has nothing to do with anything expecially since i have sections of the forum to post in that you do not. Not to mention i have been here posting 2 years longer then you have and i actually enjoy DISCUSSING a topic that i do care about even if its just a little bit. Do yourself a favor and worry about my research habits when you start post the entire arguement instead of the one sided thing you did here. If you had done that then i would have never had to put the opposite sides arguement to begin with.

News from The Associated Press
Outside of the larger debate over EAS in general....some appear to be ripe for abuse or at the very least a minimum of oversight.
