Re: Judge apoligises to a con?
This has jack to do with gay rights or anything like that. When this guy killed his wife he gave up the right to go do what he wants when he wants. Does it suck for him? I sure hope so.

But it doesnt "suck" for him. He's arguably the most popular inmate there. Openly living as a woman among a male prison population. Tits and all. He's just looking for the cherry on top. No pun intended.
Sickness and more sickness.

Re: Judge apoligises to a con?
"I deeply regret that my decision in this case has not yet been issued," he said.
The quote, that was the apology, was buried half way down the page. I'll take it as an apology to the public, not the con, but that doesn't make for such a bombastic headline.
The thing I hadn't seen commented on is that the prison had already given the chemical side of the change, the psychotherapy side of the thing as well. Either one of those will cost us in upkeep much much more then the physical operation. The thing that bothers me is the cash that went to pay for the two out of three hence far could of been used to get some petty criminal types a skill and a lack of excuse for when they get out, something that has a track record of keeping folks on the straight and narrow (some pun intended in that) after release. This machine kills fascists
