it raises concerns about cruel and unusual punishment. As the Medical Community now recognizes Gender reassignment as a condition treatable. You may not Agree with it but it is our Justice system.

These inmates should think about that shit before they commit the crime. I personally believe inmates should only be given a cot, a pillow, a blanket, and two meals a day - everything else should be worked for. You put in X amount of work, you get X amount of education, reading time, and health care.

No TVs, no radios, no recreation time, no nada. Welcome to prison bitch.

Hell no i dont agree with it and i dont think the medical community does either. He may have a few that do on his side but that doesnt speak for the whole.
