But it isnt . We are not 100% that the theory is the facts. Thats why its a scientific theory and not a scientific law. You guys are quick to call other people morons but haven't even managed to read the damn post correctly.

You're right. We're only 99.99% sure. Also, notice how I'm not calling it a law. I'm merely pointing out that discounting something because it's a theory and not because of facts is idiotic. The facts all point towards evolution being an accurate theory. Not something inaccurate.

Scientific law is not a "proven theory," it's a completely different thing. It's a mathematical statement, or axiom. A theory is as close to "proven" as science gets. Science doesn't prove, in fact, proof is impossible.

Sorry buddy, but that's not how science works. A theory in science is an explanation of the facts, which is supported by mountains of evidence. For a hypothesis becomes a theory, it must undergo rigorous testing and study. A theory does not, however, become a law. A scientific law is a statement of fact. Read up:

Yep, it must be supported by every observable evidence in a given field and be disproved by absolutely none. Establishing a scientific theory is basically the greatest achievement for a any scientific. Theories are set to explain a wide variety of laws within the same field, and show how they are related. For instance, the universal laws of gravitation and Kepler's law are explained by Einstein relativity theory

Seriously, the one guy that would find a single piece of evidence that would contradict evolution would certainly win the fucking Nobel Price.
