Update
Fired Denver cops got jobs back on technicality, city will appeal - The Denver Post
Perea ordered three days suspension without pay for the two on July 19, 2010, and neither appealed the decision in the 10 ays allowed to object. "Therefore, on July 30, 2010, the respective disciplinary orders became final and binding on the officers," said the Civil Service Commission's order, signed Tuesday. "No explicit grant of authority exists allowing the Manager of Safety to rescind a final order. Once the time to appeal the disciplinary orders passed on July 30, 2010, petitioners' disciplinary orders became final."

but see, you'd have a thrown, right there we know how'd things would turn out. Running the world is not about a monarchy but rather intertwining the ether's of the cultures spread about the world and throwing a throne into that would make far to many knots...
If you lead properly, you wont need a thrown to let others know who to look to, but even more so "a leader is best when people barely know he exists, when his work is done, his aim fulfilled, they will say: we did it ourselves." - Lao TzuLast edited by Bunni; 09-11-11 at 03:01 AM.

Yea this is pretty bad, I understand that cops are people just like us and they also have some bad days or are stressed out which may lead to them over reacting in some situations. However, in this situation there's no excuse. It doesn't matter how bad of day your having, to beat someone repeatedly until their dead is nothing short of murder and should be treated a such.
