The DEA seizes about 5 tons annually. Then you would have to take into account the amount seized by local PD and other law enforcement agencies thru the trip to New York. So it would require guessing on how much was going to new york. So its not quite as simplistic as your trying to make it.

Huffpost Decides to run a Story on how Cocaine use is down in NYC, They Call the DEA to get an Official Statement, They read off a Rotting Flesh instance (classic guberment) and not how it was their Strategic alliance that took out countless dealers, importers and the like. All I'm saying is that is what we pay for, Not results, Failures.

It doesn't really matter what your point is. The problem is there is 0 proof that the war on drugs has done nothing. Has it done enough? Hell no but we seem to never take the gloves off do we?
