I don't see anything in that troubled youth boot camp that I did not see in Parris Island. You want a boot camp experience, you get a boot camp experience.

I only see teens in discomfort, not teens in danger.

A teen boot camp operates a military style program. There are adults who do a lot of shouting and the meals and accommodation are not as found in five star hotels. Punishments are harsh and for minor infractions of the rules. It may not be bullying but it is designed to toughen up the students.
