I haven't looked to see if it is online yet, but listening to radio last night they said the New York Times is supposed to be publishing a story showing that prosecuters had enough information to go to the grand jury with in 2009 (which could mean they sat on it to allow JoePa to get his record(s))

Davis told ESPN that Fine molested him beginning in 1984, just before Davis began the seventh grade. Davis said the abuse occurred at Fine's home, at the Syracuse basketball facilities and on road trips.
