The Top 50 Gawker Media Passwords.
Readers of Gizmodo, Lifehacker and other Gawker Media sites may be among the savviest on the Web, but the most common password for logging into those sites is embarrassingly easy to guess: “123456.” So is the runner-up: “password.”
I am not sure if this has been posted, but I thought it might be of interest. Hopefully noone at TPG is in this top 50!

Re: The Top 50 Gawker Media Passwords.
nope, not even close to my pw
I make my pw something random looking but easy for me to remember. Ih8u@h0le would be an example of what I would come up with. never words. a mix of numbers and letters at a minimum depending on how close it relates to money. I try to make them 10+ but some sites only allow 8 characters. Some here use pw generators to create impossible to remember pws.(bunni)
*edit* no thats not my password for anything so dont bother tryingLast edited by flame; 12-15-10 at 12:01 AM. Reason: some of you will try anyway

My password on most unimportant sites aren't obvious, but would be pretty easy to brute force if you really wanted to get in. I think my TPG password is somewhat secure, I know anything dealing with my finances or school have passwords that are pretty long, full of numbers and shit.
