    I wasn't trying to say, "Yes, you have the power to change the world in a single stroke - you can smite injustice, stick it to the man, get the pretty girl, and still be home in time for spicy num-num dinner."

    I only enumerated the standard remedies. Things can be wrong even if they're legal. Social remedies aren't always powerful, or even effective, but that doesn't mean that standing up and calling out assholes can't work.
