Tender loin or also called inner loin is the best part. Put enough oil in a pan as you would cook fried chicken. When grease is hot reduce het to medium. Bread the slice of tender loin with flour and cook about 3-5 mins on each side. You will love it!
The quarters can be used for roast. Tater, carrots and celery. Slow cooking is best for 8-12 hours.
Hamburger, use dales and garlic and pepper. I grill it. People I have cooked it for love it. You also can use the hamburger for anything else that you would normaly use ground beef for.
If you can make cube steak DO IT. It's awesome. Cook same as tenderloin.
You also can grill a deer like you would a hog. Be sure to keep it moist though, you have to stay on top of it constantly.
Backstrap can be cooked same as the tenderloin or you can make butterfly chops out of it. So many things you can do.
