Anyone can make a burger. I go to the place that will make a burger the way I want it, when I want it.
if you're in houston, you could be in the houston burger club!

+1, smashburger trumps the other two.

I cannot find anything about five guys operation, who their so called meat suppliers or distributors are and what kind of fillers and additives they use in their meats

Freshness is key to a good hamburger and without it you are no better in taste than the paper you wrap it in.
I don't know if Five Guys uses strictly fresh beef, but I would assume that Fuddruckers uses fresh beef. There's a butcher shop in the restaurant.

    Yep, fresh:

    Enjoy Fudruckers as well.

    I also like smashburger.

OT - Whichwich is also good (Wicked wich FTW - add jalapenos, olives, mushrooms, crispy onions)

We had a Fuddruckers for 2 weeks. Dead serious. My dad said it was always packed and it closed out of nowhere. I was back on the Central Coast for a month. It opened and closed while I was there.

That's really weird. I do by the way really dig the Fuddruckers. Five Guys is pretty average as far as I'm concerned... they had this place down in San Antone that I really liked called... what was it... Smashburger I think.

    Awesome mushroom/swiss burger.

There are Smashburgers all over Houston now. Anira and used to really like them when they first opened about a year and a half to two years ago. But it seems like their food quality (ground beef in particular) dropped within the first 9-12 months and we've really not been back since.
