Yup it was that plus two different Trojans I found just from looking at mscongfigs startup options. One of them even tricked me for a min. Went to do avg, clicked on the avg link from google to the dl page and started filling out info when I realized I had never given avg personal info. Looked at the link and saw it was a spoof. It took me thirty mins just to get a legit download

That stupid fake virus scan virus a while back infected alot of stuff around me. Got to clean that one up 3-4 times on other peoples computers. You know the one that would "scan" for virus's, finish in about 20 seconds, and say iv found 65 trojans! You should buy this software to get rid of them! That one was a pain in the buttox.

Yeah that one blows too.

Now I haven't worked at a PC repair place / etc, but a lot of this applies to myself, and I'm sure many of us here..
