Me?
Every day in the gym is ab day.
I swap off upper-body and lower-body lifting, and aerobics, but the abs get it every day.
Nautilus ab machine, inclined sit ups, runner's plank (both face-down and side), and crunches on one of those yoga balls (or whatever they're called).

Yeah... The 4-5 thousand calories a day are probably my problem. Trying to exercise every day, but really its the eating out that gets me. A fast food meal is easily 1200 calories. Sodas add up quick as well. My new place has a nice park next to it. New pair of tennis shoes and nightly runs should help.
