Someone complains in all chat and I miss the NMe helo call out
Specific I know. But damn it bugs me. Or someone is just chatting away and my eyes flick to the corner as I waste precious seconds reading what I hoped to be helpful information, only to discover someone is complaining about something. Half the time I hide my chat Becuase of it. Half the time I wish I had a means to ignore certain people through battle log. The rest if the time I just sit idle waiting knowing that if I hit h and un hide my chat, I'll get poped in the dome by some random solider I should have seen, but for my wondering eye. My vain hope that chat will help, that someone will call out a tank is bearing down on ye, hurry now AND flee.
Yet oft I know, it will only be mntman or his ilk frothing at the mouth, districting my thread beard concentration, playing on my insubstantial hopes of useful chat. And then I take the high road, whine in TS, hide my chat and return to my murder make. The festering rage subsides as I drop a foe, and secretly I smile. Because I know, envy is red in chat.....
Sorry just felt like typing.

Very poetic, Tholis.
I agree, too much of chat is worthless whining or ridiculous charges of hacking / team stacking / this team sucks / etc. Rarely anything of substance. But, I don't count on chat for warnings or important info much, anyway. If my team or squad mate isn't yelling the info in my ear in TeamSpeak, I probably won't get it. Chat is just too distracting during a battle for me to rely on it for important information. My attention is focused on the center of my screen. And, much, much too often, on your dog tags after you've killed me."A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed."

Oh, good, the millionth team stacking thread or thread hijack. How nice.
Sorry, Tholis, didn't mean to open that can of worms."A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed."
