how can you tell if your isp is blocking a site
think my isp is blcoking me from a download site and also screwing up my connection to SWTOR
how would i word a e mail to them telling them to unblock the traffic

well lets just say download site then figured * 2 * woulda been vauge enough for tpgs standards
so if anyone can tell me if they have the right to block my traffic/ throttle my bandwidth and help me word an email to them if they dont have that right would be much appreciated

Yes, they can throttle. The easiest thing to do will be to call them up. You'll either get told when you'll be unthrottled or they'll just do it then and there.
P2P sites are not necessarily illegal. For example, lots of distros of linux are available that way. However, due to the possible negative consequences of being associated with a P2P site, I am locking this thread.enf-Jesus its been like 12 minutes and you're already worried about stats?! :-P
