Re: Looking for a Bedside Gun Vault
Probably the most critical post in this thread.
I have no youngins so I do not have a bedside safe. I like the one Toker posted as it seems slimmer and almost looks like a small jewelry box or something.
For larger safes I trust Liberty.
Liberty Safe - America's #1 Safe Manufacturer of Gun Safes, Fire Safes, Home Safes and More!
The Lincoln line has lined up to be the best/value. That safe in conjunction with police and fire monitoring means my guns are safe and do not need an additional insurance writer beyond the standard $2k I already have in place for guns that may be "in use".

Kid got banned for life...12 years old and started crying like a little bitch about how it wasn't fair.

Seeing the post from Aethelove it caused me to pull a cherished item out of the safe. The was my great grandfathers daily carry weapon for many years. Best I can research it is a 1918 Remington UMC .380. I still shoot it from time to time. Tough to see in the picks but it has the same safety grip as a 1911 and the gun represented in the pic earlier. The holster is hand made by him.

Damn.... Talk about older than dirt.
I have my grandfathers old pistol he used to carry around. It's a little ole .25 - my Mafia pistol.
It was manufactured by Raven Arms (went out of business in the '90s I believe)... Little thing is sweet as hell though. All chrome with wood grips. Here's a pic of the exact model. My grandfathers is in pristine condition.
