I had no idea you could catch sharks from the beach.

<----Minnesota kid. I've pulled some freaky shit from the banks of the Mississippi, but NOTHING like that. First Jaws, and now this post will insure that I never step foot in salt water again. I like to stay near the top pf the food chain of wherever I'm at.

Looks like it would be a RUSH.

Is there a season? Or can you fish 'em year round?

Are the places you can fish regulated? I wouldn't think you could chum, or bait near a public swimming beach, or do they have nets?

And how far out are you guys fishing? Those don't look like casting reels, so do you use a boat of some sort? And how much weight does it take to keep your bait from drifting in?
