Thread: ...parts are over priced.

I cant believe i just dropped 575 bucks on a damn overhaul kit for my trans and 400 bucks on a reverse gear and input shaft. Really a grand for 1 gear, 1 shaft, some spacers, and some bearings. Unreal. I use to pay 400 bucks for all that shit. Now i have to decide to pay someone 200 bucks to put it together or buy a 12 ton press to do it myself. I hate someone else working on my vehicles but how often am i going to need a damn press? One way or another im getting screwed.

Another thing that pisses me off about this shit. If i spent that much on anything else i would have had free shipping. Dirty cock suckers.
