Re: Anyone play paintball?
Used to play 3-4 times a month. Back when I was young enough to haul my fat ass up and down the hills.
My first gun was a VM-68 Magnum. We called it The Brick. Heavy heavy heavy assed gun. But I loved it. Possibly the most accurate gun I ever owned. Nickel plated loooong barrel. I mounted a deer rifle scope on it. Used to pick people off at range with a single shot. Didn't get to use the scope as often as I would have liked but when I did, people were AFRAID of that marker.

I used to play, then I switched to real gun fights.

Re: Anyone play paintball?
hahaha... That video so reminds me. I had someone that was on a hill above me holding a fort once. This was when I had that VM with the scope on it. they would pop up and rain down paint for a second or two then pop back behind cover. And he would continually pop about half of his mask around a small 90 degree cutout in the fort to eyeball if anyone was trying to come up the hill. That one guy could probably have held the entire 20 of us off for quite a while since there wasn't much chance of getting up that hill on but one side. So I moved just off to the side, lined up my scope on that 90 degree cutout and fired once... twice... three times to get a perfect aim on it. He continued to do what he was doing and I was late firing twice.
I yelled out "poke your head out one more time!!" and I timed it just perfect and you just hear this CRACK as a ball hit him right between the eyes. His head snapped back and I immediately see feet above the wall before falling back down. He later told me it lifted him right off his feet. I thought I'd actually hurt the guy for about 15 seconds before I heard a rather pitiful "I'M OUT." come from the top of the hill.
Wasn't the first or last time I ever popped someone right in the gogs between the eyes with that gun. But it was the most memorable one.
