I fucking love my S III. So much faster, more storage space, better camera and the GPS hasn't let me down yet and I have been using it consistently since I got it a month ago.

see thatswhat i'm thinkin gumby but battiers tend to die fast on mobile stuff and 3g is slow as fuck ...but i noticed my sisters phone had a wifi option would that make it faster?

It would be as fast as the Wifi it was connected to via wireless.

I am loving it. The main complaint from other owners seems to be battery life. I cannot really comment on that. Mine spends a lot of its time on a charger either in the car or on my nightstand. It has a power saver mode you can toggle but I have never really played with that. I have found no drawbacks to this phone so far. I even like the Samsung Touchwiz enough to have not rooted it yet. I had Cyanogenmod on my last phone to fix the clusterfuck that was Motoblur. And I was expecting to hate Touchwiz. But so far, I have not seen fit to kill the Samsung software. Fast does not even begin to describe this phone. Today, I had a phone call going while using the GPS, while recording an Autobahn run video with a data overlay from Torque (a program that ties to the car's computers using blutooth) No hangs or slowdowns on any of the programs. Call quality is great. Reception is good. GPS reception is phenomenal. The front mount camera is great for video calls. I call my wife on video phone from the car often on the way home from work. She has a Galaxy Note and the two hook up for video calls with no problems. The display is great and is really good outdoors where I tend to use mine the most. My only complaint is that the body is a bit slippery. I got a glove like case for it but that made it too sticky to get in and out of my pocket.

My s3 rooted is fucking fast. I would recommend beacuse of all the bloatware u get with the samsung product. But you could do with touchwiz....it is by far the Best phone on the market.

Much less bloatware on the international version that I have

Also, had CM9 been available when I got it, I would have just done it immediately. But the thought of setting up my stuff again is not appealing. Maybe when CM10 is available. I do miss a few things from CM
