Thread: Can't go to sleep after working midnight shift

Sleep is over rated. If I could be awake all night and feel good in the morning like I used to it would be awesome. I have been cutting out sodas, next is all caffeine. Maybe then I won't be on highs and lows. I want a nice steady awake feeling with out crashing later. There was a time where 4 hours of sleep and I would feel great, now I sleep 8 and feel like shit.

Just be glad you don't have sleep apnea...you'll go to sleep and wake up tired. I'm working on losing weight (put on a lot due to meds), but I don't like to sleep right now. It's not fun to wake up more tired than when you went to bed.
