B.S.'s Shark Fishing Video
As some of ya'll know... I have been an avid shark fisherman (from the beach... not in a boat) for over 3 years now...
I have always taken pics from all my trips, but decided this year that I wanted to start filming my trips... Here is a trip I went on back in March... and just recently finished editing the clip...
We landed 8 over 7 foot sharks this particular trip in under 2 days.... hope ya'll enjoy!

Re: B.S.'s Shark Fishing Video
Bet those were fun, must put up a hell of a fight. I sometimes toss out some mackerel on the shores in Rhode Island to pick up some strippers and snapper blues. Though mostly skeets show up or the occational sand shark. Dam bastards just give up.

Re: B.S.'s Shark Fishing Video
Person is the kayak is running a bait out... he went about 200 yards off shore, the first thing he grabs is the weight (we call it a spider weight that we actually make), and is what holds are baits in place.... second thing he tossed out was the actual bait for the sharks... and then he rode a wave back in...

Re: B.S.'s Shark Fishing Video
Civil, its a blast(most of the time)! However, it is a ton of hard work, and is dangerous! This particular trip we drove 14 hrs to get to this spot, stay up for over 42 hrs straight, and only fished for a lil under 48 hours... and then drove 14 hours home somehow... This trip worked out great for us landing and releasing 8 over 7 foot sharks... but I promise you, this IS NOT always the case... sometimes we don't catch shit and/or mother nature decides she has a different plan... I was down fishing back in June before that tropical storm (not the recent ISAAC), and weather turned bad quick! I had to load all my crap in the pouring down monsoon, with 50 mph winds and get the heck out of dodge 2 days early... It's not always fun...
