Birdemic - Shock and Terror
Ok. I just watched this because I was told it was the best worst thing EVAR.
And I'm thinking I might agree. As long as you watch the Rifftrax version (and if you don't know what rifftrax is, it's an entire movie being riffed on by the Mystery Science Theater 3000 guys).
So birdemic... I was continually amazed by the ridiculous acting, dying, and the INCREDIBLY bad special effects which really just consisted of animated gifs...
You have to watch this. It's really indescribable. But I will attempt to do so with a few animated gifs.
Yes... animated hovering eagles... Being defended against by coat hangers. Everyone has a coat hanger.
More animated gifs of birds. EVERYWHERE.
Oh no! Cowboy Bob had an animated gifbird fly past and slice his throat!
Yes. They are also explosive.Last edited by Kanati; 09-07-12 at 11:54 PM.

RiffTrax | Movies made funny! for all your rifftrax needs. They've done a LOT of movies since they started. Some of them even get theatrical releases occasionally. Well worth the money.

Re: Birdemic - Shock and Terror
My friends and I use to do a bad movie night and this movie was on the roster. It is the 2nd largest pile of walrus excrement after the walrus' migratory raid on bad Mexican restaurants. The worst movie of all time (other than anything produced by Ed Wood) is this...

RE: Birdemic - Shock and Terror
Aside from The Room, this is the best worst movie ever. My cuz and I still sing the hanging out song when we're together haha. Our theater here is ding the rifftrax version in October. I'll be going to it hahah.

RE: Birdemic - Shock and Terror
We went to one last year and it was live. They did two shorts then they did the movie. Those guys are the best I still can't believe no one has picked up mystery science theater and done it with new movies. I would totally watch it no question.

There's also the That Guy With The Glasses site which does similar things as the MST3K/Rifftrax crew except as 20-30 minute reviews instead of having people suffer through the whole movie. One of their redheaded hosts reviewing Birdemic is where I heard about it lol.
