Krom posted this in the borderlands thread but i thought it was worth a mention here as well. as mentioned in the title Gearbox a Dallas native company is hosting a community day/launch party for borderlands 2 and they are also featuring Aliens: Colonial Marines there to. I already signed up so if your going post so we can get together and tear up the place :P.

Hey man, I play with the CS guys... but I've got a group going to Community Day. I went last year and had a blast. Couldn't believe that DJ Jazzy Jeff played last year and we get to see him a again this year!

Dammers man, I forgot to come back and check this thread! Did you have a good time man? DJ Jazzy Jeff kicked ass again! And how bad ass was getting the special edition Borderlands 2 mouse in the swag bag? I was talking to the Devs last night and those mice aren't going to be sold anywhere, they were donated from Logitech specifically for this event... and the Devs don't even have theirs yet lol. They get theirs on Monday haha. Anyways I'll post some pics up of some of the stuff that we did last night. I wished that I would have come by here and checked the post before we left I would have liked to met up with some TPG peeps

yah i got there had some fun and just ended up leaving. that place was full to the breaking point and the line were insane! i figured i would wait around for the party but i just ended up going home early. but yah i wish you had seen my post or i would have stayed longer but i had a fun time played a little colonial marines and i got a shirt with clap trap on it :P. the swag bags were awesome i dont think i have ever had a better swag bag in my life. i mean really a face huger AND a special edition borderlands 2 decaled logitech mouse just effing epic.

Yah. Quite honestly I thought more people would be ready to do something again since quakecon had been done for a while now. All and all I should have come later than I did I had to wait in line for an hour cuz I was early and the line to get in was effing LONG lol. But hey I'm glad I went for the hour I was there it was a blast despite all those negatives.
