No hating whatsoever. Just tired of people that appear to know little about football, other than "ZOMG, Alabama could beat the Jacksonville Jaguars." Running off at the mouth. Until this year the SEC has had a very strong top 2 teams folllowed by a bunch of weaker teams, and not necessarily the best conference top to bottom. This year they are loaded. As for the SEC defenses, if they had to play higher powered iffenses every week, and not just once or twice a year, the stats would likely be very different.

I never said they could but you might be right if they had to play HIGH PASSING offenses their stats would look different. Once again you fail to see....Florida, LSU, Georgia or Alabama would run the ball down the others throats and would control the clock. I never seen say... the Ducks offense score while the defense was on the field.

Yes, the same rush offense that kept the A&M defense on the field, oh wait...

First: Oregon Ducks vs. LSU Tigers - Recap - September 03, 2011 - ESPN

Nope, Oregon never scores against teh defensesz!!

2nd, Isn't it interesting that Florida ran the Spread Option, dominated. Auburn did it with Cam, dominated. A&M has been doing well, though not dominating, with a Spread offense, though not a Spread Option as much. All 3 had good dual threat QBs as well.

Oh and I disagree Civil that the SEC is "loaded" this year. Florida is overrated (I don't look at Florida and think "top team"), Georgia is supposedly very lopsided, Alabama has shown it is definitely beatable, LSU seems hit or miss, and haven't seen much of Miss St, South Carolina, whoever else.

The only reason they seemed loaded, is everyone else has been worse so far. The Pac-12 has a Oregon team that struggles against Physical teams, USC which was been a massive disappointment, Stanford looks to be about the best IMO, and not sold on UCLA yet. Oregon St. started well and came back to earth finally.

The Big XII has a spotty West Virginia team with a terrible defense, hit or miss Texas and Oklahoma, a K-State team that was pretty good then blew it against Baylor, and don't know much about Oklahoma State this year.

    All my opinion though granted.
