For all the nay-sayers who say Te'o should have won... a little comparison to the 'heart and soul' of the A&M Wrecking Crew defense in the 90's vs the 'heart and soul' of the Irish defense... The ONLY reason Te'o was even in consideration was because he was on Notre Dame. If he were on any other team in college football, he wouldn't even SNIFF the Heisman. If you watched the ceremony, Te'o won the midwest region by 2 votes over Manziel. Every other region of the US, the voters got it right.

Definitely went to the right guy. Good on the voters. Te'o does not impress me at all. I agree the only reason he was in the running was being on an undefeated ND team.
